We have offered professional dog walking services since 2014.
We aim to make all walks fun and enjoyable for our dogs, Dogs in our care get plenty of exercise playing games, running around and generally using lots of energy. All dogs are grouped with like-minded dogs according to energy levels, age and temperament. Aggressive dogs are not accepted.
Pick up and drop off
Regular or occasional dedicated dog walking.
Choice of morning, midday and afternoon dog walks.
At least 1–2 hrs of actual walking/playtime per session.
On and off lead, fun exercise.
We mainly walk our dogs in the Highbury and Islington, Angel and Newigton green areas. All dogs must undergo a 'trial assessment' before being accepted for any of our services.
At sitter's place
4, 8 or 12 hours service
Our 'Doggie Day Care' has proved extremely popular with our London clients who have a busy lifestyle and need to leave their dogs with us for the day. We make life simple by picking up and dropping off your dogs, so you don't have to do a thing. Full dog care packages are available.
At daycare, your dog will have a great time benefiting from long, fun walks, games and socialising with other dogs. Sending your dog to come and play with us for the day on a regular, daily, weekly, or even ad-hoc basis will help maintain/improve your dog's social habits.
For regular clients, we try and make sure the same member of staff cares for your dog to help create a bond.
Please note all new dogs must undergo a trial assessment.

Overnight care at the sitter's home
24-hour service
All our dog boarding takes place at our sitter's home. We make sure that your furry friends play games, socialise, are well looked after, and cuddled nicely during the stay. We provide all the pets comfort for a good old snooze on one on the sofas or squashy beds. Happy tales provide a home dog boarding alternative to traditional kennels. Run by dog lovers for dog lovers, our priority is your dogs' welfare and happiness and peace of mind when you are on holiday.
At Happy Tales, the dogs live with us as part of the family. Our main priority is to ensure they are fulfilled, happy, entertained and relaxed on their holiday, giving you peace of mind whilst you are away. We will send you photos of your dog's activities throughout the day.

24-hour service
At Happy Tales our main priority is to ensure dogs are fulfilled, happy, having fun and relaxed, giving you peace of mind whilst you are away. With the sitting service the dogs have the comfort to stay in their own place keeping their usual habits in their familiar environment.
We will send you photos of your dog's activities throughout the day.

At the owner's place
Local areas
30/40 minute visit
Cats are very territorial, so they are less stressed and happier in their environment than in a cattery. They stay in familiar surroundings, and you have one thing less to worry about. By choosing to use the services of a local cat sitter, you don't have to impose on a friend, neighbour or relative to care for your pet but instead, rely on a pet care professional who will put your pet's needs first. It's a win-win for you and your cat. We mainly offer the cat sitting service in Highbury & Islington and Newington Green areas.
We will top up water and food bowls.
Clean feeding bowls, feeding area, litter tray, and play and cuddle with your kitty.
Your assigned cat sitter will regularly update you on your cat shenanigans via text message or WhatsApp. We can send photos and videos of their time spent with your kitties.
Other duties while visiting your cats can include bringing in the mail, closing/opening blinds/curtains, watering plants and turning lights on and off to give your home an occupied look
If we notice a change in eating habits or anything else, we will make sure it is detailed to view when you get back. Should we become very concerned, we will, of course, contact you and will take your cat to a vet if needed. We can also administer medication as required.
