Giuilia has been looking after our 2 dogs for over a year now, and how lucky we are to have her.
We had struggled to find a dog walker for such a long time, that we would be absolutely lost without her.
She is incredibly reliable and punctual – she comes twice a day, 5 days a week to walk the dogs and not once has she cancelled or been late. She has also been there for us in case of emergency at short notice when the dogs have been poorly.
As I say, we would be lost without her – but so too would the dogs. They absolutely love her to pieces. She loves them both dearly – and they both compete for her affection!
We were also able to leave them with her for 10 days to go on holiday – safe in the knowledge that she cares for them as if they were her own! 10/10

Reliable
It is hard to find a dog walker and boarder that is reliable. Dani, Giulia and Pam are all super reliable, may it be last minute changes on walks or boarding requests, they are able to leverage each other and make sure my dog Max is well looked after no matter what.
Responsive
My personal experience on other dog walker and boarder I have used is that many are not responsive when it comes with issues. They are different here, any message I send, request I have is responded almost immediately. They also communicate with each other to make sure all are on the same page.
Love the animal
All of them love my dog Max, send pictures on walks and when Max is boarding with them. As an owner, you can tell whether your dog is happy or not with a walker or boarder. Max is always super happy to go walk with either of them and stay with Dani or Giulia.
Trustworthy
A dog/pet is family and trust is important to me when working with walker/boarder. I trust Dani, Giulia, Pam, they have keys to my house and every time when I send Max to board with them, everything always come back intact, and even washed when gets muddy.

I regularly use Pets Happy Tales to walk my 15-month-old Hungarian Vizsla Piper, and am always really pleased with their punctual, efficient and personable service. When I had to go into hospital for 5 days, they were my first port of call for a reliable and friendly face to look after Piper and I couldn’t have felt like she was in better hands. Pam took such great care of her and regularly communicated with pictures and WhatsApp, taking her on multiple walks a day and giving her the best care and attention I could have asked for. It really put my mind at ease to know that Piper was being so well cared for. Dani was very thorough in learning about Piper’s likes & dislikes and routine and schedule and it was an added bonus that they came to pick her up from my house. Dani and Pam are really great at what they do, and are clearly wonderful with animals – I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again
